What is the best all-in-one app to shoot & edit mobile video?

We actually haven’t tried too many, but recently found the Spark Camera to be pretty great – especially to create quick videos for Instagram Stories, IGTV, Facebook Stories, Vlogs, and more. Btw, this is not a new app, but it’s new to us and has gained traction recently with the launch of IGTV – so we wanted to share our experience using it. 🙂
